The Pastoral & Evangelisation office is responsible for the various pastoral ministries of the Diocese, including pastoral planning and the Diocesan Pastoral Council. They are available to help plan and support the implementation of the pastoral plan.
The Religious Education Team works cooperatively to challenge, enable and support the people of the Auckland diocese in their journey of discipleship. They are available to help facilitate sessions on a range of faith topics including evangilisation. They are interested in helping families to share and nurture faith in the home
The Justice and Peace Office promotes and provides resources on the social teaching of the Church and initiates and publicises opportunities for action by parishes and individuals. They have prepared a reflection and suggestion brochure.
The mission of Pre Marriage Education is to help couples deepen their understanding of each other and of the Sacrament of Marriage through providing them the couples with knowledge and skills to help create depth in their wedding vows, and to help couples recognise and build upon the strengths of their relationship.
Youth and Young Adult Ministry provides support and guidance to communities to enable them to encourage and support
young people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in our world today drawing them to responsible participation in the life, mission and work of the Catholic faith community
The Liturgy Centre provides information, formation and resources that lead the people of the diocese to “full, conscious and active participation” in the Liturgy of the Church.
